Equipped with needle bearings and a bronze bushing system built into each sleeve, this barbell rotates smoothly, solidifying its position as the best choice for any Olympic lift, including bench press, squat, and deadlift. With a 28.5mm diameter and a volcanic knurl pattern, it has a moderate depth, making it perfect for performing repetitive movements without hurting your hands.
This barbell has a medium-strength knurling, as your grip strength or lack thereof may be distracting. The 200,000 PSI steel shaft allows for whipping/flexing in the bar, perfect for all lift dynamic movements.
