Bumper discs have 450mm outer diameter for 5- 25kg (IWF standards), 10-45lb.

Weight is guaranteed to be within 10 grams of stated weight. All plates are weighed on a scale accurate to 1 gram before they leave our warehouse. Thinner profile than most competition bumper plates allows more plate to fit on the bar. Raised lettering is coated with a non-fading ink that will not peel or fade as easily as many other brands of competition bumper plates. Discs are glass bead blasted to provide a superior aesthetic appearance after multiple uses. Textured surface of steel discs reduces unsightly surface scratches and abrasions. Virgin rubber and rubber compounds are used. Competition Bumpers are positioned approximately 1.25mm above the discs to ensure an ultra-tight fit and minimal metal-to-metal contact between the bumper plates.
