Our Olympic weights come in 6 different weights: 2.5lbs, 5lbs, 10lbs, 25lbs, 35lbs, and 45lbs. Our 45lb plates are Olympic-standard, measuring 450mm with a 2-inch hole diameter.
The deep edges of these plates for your home gym give you a firm grip to safely lift and load the plates onto your barbells and other weightlifting equipment, minimizing accidents.
For your convenience, each cast iron plate has large raised weight markings in both metric and imperial units, so you can quickly select the right weight when you're working out.

DURABLE POLYURETHANE COATING: CPU urethane is ultra-durable, highly impact-resistant, shock-absorbing, and virtually odor-free.
