I have been fond of fitness for so many years. I go to the gym every day to train. How much do you know about various equipment? How much do you know about the names of each equipment? First of all, the regional division of the gym is generally divided into: aerobic area, anaerobic area, private training area, spinning room, yoga room, group gymnastics room, dance room, shower room, etc. Large gyms are also equipped with swimming pools, simple meals, reading areas, etc. Whether it is a large gym or a small gym, the equipment and equipment used for fitness are basically the same. Aerobic exercise area:

⑴ Treadmill
We are most familiar with treadmills. Whether at home or in the gym, treadmills are essential equipment for many people. They are mainly used for warm-up before exercise and fat loss. With continuous updates, the functions of the treadmill are also increasing. In short, the treadmill is one of the hardware equipment that must be equipped in the gym.

⑵Elliptical machine
The elliptical machine is also called the space walker because its state during exercise is like the feeling of human beings walking in the weightlessness of space. Although it has only been introduced to the public in recent years, it has been recognized by most people. The biggest feature of the elliptical machine is that there is no point of force on the knee joint when we use it. It is not like when we run, the ground will have an impact on the knee and affect the knee joint. Exercising on the elliptical machine can enhance the strength and endurance of our waist muscles, and at the same time play a role in slimming and reducing fat on the buttocks, calves and abdomen.

⑶Spinning bike
Spinning bike is a dynamic indoor cycling training course with music and visual effects. It is an aerobic exercise that people who lose fat like very much. There is not much difference between the spinning bike and our ordinary bicycles in essence. The only difference is that the spinning bike is fixed in a certain place, and its structure can be adjusted according to the height of the body. The difference between the wheels of the spinning bike and ordinary bikes is that its wheels are counterweights, and this counterweight is used to increase the degree of training load. In addition, the electronic brake system of the spinning bike can be paused at any time when people are very tired during training.

⑷Rowing machine
The rowing machine is also called a rowing machine. It is a sports equipment that simulates water rowing for the purpose of training. Aerobic exercise area:
1. Dumbbells
Dumbbells are named dumbbells because they make no sound during training. Like barbells, they are hardware auxiliary fitness equipment that must be equipped in gyms. They have different weights from 1 to 25 pounds. Its main material is a layer of rubber wrapped around the cast iron inside. The training methods of dumbbells generally include dumbbell bench press, dumbbell curl, dumbbell rowing and seated dumbbell shoulder press, etc.

2. Barbell
The barbell is a core training exercise equipment and also a weightlifting exercise equipment. It consists of a crossbar, a barbell plate and a clip. It has many training uses, from the chest to the back to the buttocks and legs. Different weights can train different parts. It is an indispensable equipment for muscle strength training.

3. Smith rack
The Smith rack is a piece of equipment that exists in every gym. It is more suitable for some beginners because the sliding track is protected by something and will not shake left and right, and will not hurt yourself because the barbell suddenly falls when you are exhausted, so you can use it with confidence during training. It can be used for squats, bench presses, seated heel raises, bent-over rowing, etc. It is a training equipment with high safety performance.

4. Gantry rack
The gantry rack in the gym is also called a double-arm cross trainer, also called a "big bird". It is a multifunctional training equipment that looks like a "door". It is almost the same as the gantry rack in engineering. The crossbeam of the gantry rack in the gym will be equipped with a crossbar for pull-ups in the middle. The most popular exercises for gantry training are rope chest press and standing rope pulldown. Of course, there are more than these two exercises for gantry training, such as rope biceps curl, rope triceps pulldown, standing rope push forward, bent-over rope lateral raise, etc.

5. Barbell bench press
Some people say that if a gym does not have a barbell bench press, it cannot be called a qualified gym. The barbell bench press consists of a bench press bench, a barbell, and a support frame. It is the most basic equipment that every fitness expert touches in the gym. It is also the most basic exercise for chest muscle training. We don't need to say much about the barbell bench press, everyone understands it.

6. Butterfly machine
The butterfly machine is a machine used for flying bird chest press. It mainly exercises the pectoralis major and the middle seam of the chest. 7. Squat rack

8. Seated leg extension trainer
The seated leg extension is an isolated action device for training the quadriceps of the legs. Sit on the bench of the extension machine, with your back close to the guard plate, hold the armrests with both hands, and hook your ankles on the horizontal bar to support the weight until your legs are straight.

9. Supine abdominal board
The supine abdominal board is also called the abdominal board. The supine board is a device for training the abdomen. It is simple and portable, and the upper and lower heights can be adjusted. Many people will be equipped with a supine board whether in the gym or at home.

10. Seated chest press trainer
The seated chest press trainer is suitable for people who have just started fitness and have no foundation. It is a fixed fitness equipment, easy and safe to use, and is an independent training equipment for improving chest muscles and arm strength.

11. Pull-down trainer
The pull-down is also a must-have equipment in the gym. It is a device specifically designed to build back muscles. Unlike pull-ups, which have high requirements for people, the threshold for pull-downs is very low. It can be suitable for anyone who has no fitness foundation. When pulling down, the distance between the two hands can be wide or narrow. If it is wide, the width of the back can be trained, and if it is narrow, the thickness of the back can be trained.

12. Seated rope rowing machine
The seated rope rowing machine is a device specifically for training the back. It mainly exercises the latissimus dorsi and the thickness of the back muscles. Generally, this device is connected with the pull-down because both devices are for training the back.
