What's Weightlifting Bar/ Olympic Bar?

Generaly implement IWF standard (International Weightlifting Federation standard):
1. Made of chromed steel
2. Process knurling on the gripping part
3. The weight of the barbell is 20kg (men)/15kg (women)
4. Men's barbell length is 220cm (men)/201cm (women)
5. The sleeves at both ends are 5cm in diameter and 41.5cm (male)/32cm (female) long.
6. The grippable part in the middle is 131cm long and 2.8cm (male)/2.5cm (female) in diameter.
7. The distance between the two grippable parts of the barbell is 42cm, and each is 44.5cm long. The ring without knurling is 0.5cm wide and 19.5cm from the inside of the sleeve, that is, the distance between the two rings is 92cm.
8. The knurling in the middle of the men's barbell is 12cm long.

What is CrossFit Bar?

The performance is between the fitness bar and the weightlifting bar: there are both IPF standard rings (81cm spacing) and IWF standard rings (92cm spacing), which can be used for CF competitions and various trainings: CrossFit, powerlifting/bodybuilding, weightlifting, bodybuilding, physical training...
