The early squash courts were restricted by region and could not have unified specifications. Several different versions appeared, among which the venues derived from North America were the most different. After 12 years of discussions (1911-1923), a venue built in the early 20th century and located within the Bath Club in London was selected as the standard venue.
The squash court is a closed indoor rectangular space with a length of 9750 mm and a width of 6400 mm. The front wall is 4570 mm high and the back wall is 2130 mm high. The clearance height should be no less than 5600 mm. It is divided into front and rear courts, and the back court is divided into left and right courts. Two halves.
The wall material of the squash court is composed of a special formula. It is a resin matrix synthetic gray material for a special squash court, which can withstand strong pressure and friction.
