Squash is a competitive sport in which the opponent uses a racket to hit each other's rebound balls on the wall in a court surrounded by walls according to certain rules.

[4] In the early morning of October 10, 2023, Beijing time, the International Olympic Committee announced on its official website that the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee proposed to include squash as a new event in the project settings of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
On October 16, 2023, Beijing time, the International Olympic Committee officially voted to include squash in the event setting of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
